How to change the time on your fitbit

1. Log into your account on the Fitbit app.

2. Tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Advanced Settings.

3. Turn off the Automatic time zone option.

4. Tap Set clock > Set time manually.

5. Enter the correct time, then tap Save.

Your Fitbit device will update to the new time within a few minutes. If you’re still having trouble, try restarting your device.
