The Fitbit Versa is a popular fitness tracker that can do a lot more than just track your steps.

Press the button on the left side of the watch to turn it on. You’ll see the Fitbit logo and then the main screen. To set up your Fitbit Versa, you’ll need to connect it to your phone or computer. By swiping down from the top of the main screen, you’ll access the Quick Settings menu. From here, you can turn on Do Not Disturb mode, enable notifications, access the Settings menu, and more. Swiping up from the bottom of the main screen will take you to the Fitbit Today dashboard. This is where you can see your daily activity summary, log exercises, track sleep, and more.
To the left of the main screen is the Exercise app. This is where you can start tracking walks, runs, and other activities. To the right of the main screen is the Fitbit App Gallery. This is where you can find and install apps that add new features to your watch. Pressing and holding the button on the left side of the watch will take you to the Fitbit Pay menu. From here, you can add your credit or debit cards and use them to make payments with your watch. Finally, pressing and holding the button on the right side of the watch will take you to the quick settings menu. From here, you can turn on Do Not Disturb mode, enable notifications, access the Settings menu, and more.
How to track your progress
The best way to track your progress is by using the Fitbit app. Open the app and tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Fitbit Logo. Here, you can see your daily activity summary, log exercises, track sleep, and more. You can also set goals and compare your progress over time.
If you want to see your progress for the current day, swipe up from the bottom of the main screen. This will take you to the Fitbit Today dashboard. From here, you can see your step count, calorie burn, and other stats. You can also log exercises, track sleep, and more. To see your progress over time, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Fitbit Logo. Then, tap the Activity tab and scroll down to see your activity for the past week, month, or year. You can also tap the Weight tab to track your weight loss over time.
